How soon before I can get my hands on my DBJ pieces?

• ASAP! Your order is processed within 24-48 hours at our studio in Bangalore through the week. This may go upto 72 hours on weekends and public holidays.

• The order is sent out via standard delivery and should reach your destination within 2-5 business days (depending on the location!)

• Drop us a message at the checkout page if you can't wait and need you pieces via express delivery.

• The tracking number is shared with you via your preferred mode of communication. 

• If there is a delay in processing your order due to unforeseen circumstances (we deeply regret this!), be assured you will be informed about it at the earliest.

Can I order in India and have it shipped out to another city/country?

• If you've ordered with us in India and need it to be shipped out to another country, your order will be processed and shipped out from our studio in Boston.

What about customs and duties?

• If you’re getting it shipped to any other part of the world you might be subject to duties. It’s best to check your country's regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
